Entry deems acceptance of Terms & Conditions:
Purchase 1 x Rinnai Infinity® System or Hot Water Cylinder appliance between the 15th of October and the 15th of December 2023 and you will receive 1 x $50 Prezzy Card (limited to the first 150 units sold) and 1 x entry in the draw to WIN an ‘Ultimate BBQ Kit’ comprising the following items:
Entry is valid with the purchase of one finished Rinnai New Zealand Limited (Rinnai) Infinity® System or Hot Water Cylinder on a Zips Plumbing Plus trade account by either the account holder or their staff member(s) (Note: Prizes are awarded to the account holder only). Trading account with Zips Plumbing Plus must be within trading terms between 15th October and the 15th December 2023 to be eligible. Purchasers can enter as many times as they wish; one finished Rinnai Infinity® System or Hot Water Cylinder appliance purchase equals 1 x $50 Prezzy Card (limited to the first 150 units sold) and 1 x entry into the ‘Ultimate BBQ Kit’ prize competition. A Rinnai Infinity® System or How Water Cylinder does not include parts, spare parts, or accessories. Rinnai NZ will not be responsible for any Rinnai finished products that are out of stock during the promotional period.

The winner of the ‘Ultimate BBQ Kit’ will be drawn at random and announced at the end of the promotional period and will be notified by Zips Plumbing Plus. Approximate promotional prize total of the ‘Ultimate BBQ Kit’ is $5,300NZD.
Prezzy Card Terms: The Prezzy Card is a prepaid card that can be used anywhere that accepts Mastercard® in New Zealand. The Prezzy Card cannot be used for cash advances or at ATMs. The Prezzy Card has no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Lost, stolen or damaged Prezzy Cards will not be replaced. The terms and conditions of the Prezzy Card can be found on the back of the card or at www.prezzycard.co.nz.
Delivery of Prezzy Card: The eligible participants will collect their $50 Prezzy Cards from their participating Zips Plumbing Plus Wellington branch of purchase. Prezzy Cards are limited to the first 150 units sold only.
Entry into this promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of all Conditions of Entry. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and associated agencies, suppliers, retailers or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Entry to the draw is valid with the purchase of one eligible Rinnai finished Infinity® System or Hot Water Cylinder appliance (Excludes Rinnai parts or accessories). These must be purchased on a Zips Plumbing Plus Trade Account by either the account holder or their staff members(s) (Note: Prizes are awarded to the account holder only). Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Entry into the draw is valid only on a Zips Plumbing Plus Trade Account operated within the agreed Zips Plumbing Plus Terms of Trade.
The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. If the prize cannot be awarded for an unforeseen reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with another of equal value. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of the prize nor any variation in the value of any prize. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, modify or cancel this offer at any time.
The winner of the ‘Ultimate BBQ Kit’ will be notified by mail, email or telephone. If any prize winner is under the age of 18 years, that prize will be awarded to the owner of that business.
Neither the promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury, death suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual in which the Promoter has reason to believe has breached these Conditions of Entry or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, COVID-19 pandemic or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, cancel, terminate or modify or recommence the Promotion subject to the approval of any relevant regulatory authority. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, cancel, terminate, or modify or recommence the Promotion subject to the approval of any relevant regulatory authority.
At the request of the Promoter, the winner agrees (without charge) to participate in any promotional activities planned by the promoter and consent to their name and image being used in the Promoters marketing materials. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may collect personal information about entrants to enable entrants to participate in this Promotion. If personal information is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in/be a winner of this promotion. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree that (1) the Promoter may disclose personal information to its related bodies corporate, contractors and agents for the purpose of assisting in the conduct of this Promotion; and (2) the Promoter and its related bodies corporate may retain and use personal information for future marketing purposes in relation to its products, services and offers including sending SMS messages and emails.
