Register your details at the Rinnai NZ stand at the Auckland Home Show between the 5th and 8th September, 2024; then purchase and have installed a Rinnai High Wall Heat Pump, Multi Split Heat Pump System or Ducted Heat Pump by the 10th of November, 2024 and submit your details and cash back claim submission online at www.rinnai.co.nz/homeshow2024 . If you are one of the first 50 submissions received and approved, you will receive one Prezzy Card to the value outlined below:

Entry is valid for the first 50 purchases of a Rinnai New Zealand Limited appliance, as outlined above, purchased between 5th September and the 10th November 2024. Purchasers can register one time only for each appliance purchased. This cash back promotion does not include purchase of items such as spare parts, accessories, or flueing.

Claim submissions, along with a copy of your proof of purchase can only be received by Rinnai New Zealand Ltd (“Rinnai”) by way of the Rinnai website www.rinnai.co.nz/homeshow2024 throughout the period of the promotion.
Promotion valid until the 10th November 2024.
1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years old or above. Employees, immediate family members or agents of Rinnai NZ Ltd. or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion, are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotional Period: The promotion will begin on 5th September 2024 and end on 10th November 2024. (the "Promotional Period").
3. How to Participate: Participants must register their interest at the Rinnai NZ stand at the Auckland Home Show between the 5th and 8th of September 2024 then purchase and have installed a Rinnai High Wall Heat Pump, Multi Split Heat Pump System or Ducted Heat Pump System. The purchase must be within the Promotional Period to be eligible for this promotion. Only the first 50 claims submitted and approved will be eligible to receive cash back. Eligible participants will receive a Prezzy Card with a predetermined value (see table below) after their purchase. Prezzy Card values outlined below. Only one Prezzy Card will be issued for each eligible appliance per participant

4. Prezzy Card Terms: The Prezzy Card is a prepaid card that can be used anywhere that accepts Mastercard® in New Zealand. The Prezzy Card cannot be used for cash advances or at ATMs. The Prezzy Card has no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Lost, stolen or damaged Prezzy Cards will not be replaced. The terms and conditions of the Prezzy Card can be found on the back of the card or at www.prezzycard.co.nz.
5. Delivery of Prezzy Card: The Prezzy Card will be sent to the eligible participant's postal address within Thirty (30) days of the end of the promotional period. The delivery time may vary depending on the participant's location.
6. Use of Personal Information: By participating in this promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Rinnai NZ Ltd. for the purposes of administering this promotion, and to keep you informed of future promotions, including but not limited to sending the Prezzy Card to the eligible participant's postal address.
7. General: Rinnai NZ Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time. The decision of Rinnai is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
9. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who registers and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Promoters reserve the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this Promotion or to modify, extend, terminate, suspend or reschedule this Promotion at any time at their discretion. If any participant is found to be abusing this promotion, Rinnai NZ has the right to terminate their redemption rights immediately. Should any disputes arise, the decision of Rinnai NZ is final.
11. Rinnai shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to any event beyond its control. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, COVID-19 pandemic or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, cancel, terminate or modify or recommence the Promotion subject to the approval of any relevant regulatory authority. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, cancel, terminate or modify or recommence the Promotion subject to the approval of any relevant regulatory authority.
