Rinnai NZ believes it is extremely important to offer our customers the peace of mind that effective and efficient after-sales care brings, for all appliances in the range, especially for our hardworking water heating range.

Rinnai Service is a centrally run field appliance servicing capability delivered by Rinnai New Zealand. We provide after-sales care for all Rinnai products, maximising the efficient running and lifetime operation of Rinnai products by undertaking preventative service work, finding failing components before they fail and ensuring the appliance performs at the optimum level for our valued customers.

We are a young-at-heart and expanding the team of 12 staff members.
