For qualified plumber Logan Dodds, Rinnai’s Linear collection fireplaces were an obvious choice when it came to the design of his latest project… his own home in Point Chevalier, Auckland.
The Linear 800 fireplace was what grabbed Logan’s attention after spotting it on Instagram one day. Already familiar with Rinnai heating products, it was a clear choice for him as he developed the plans for his living room space.

But it was Rinnai’s reputation in the Trades for both the quality of products and ease of installation that sealed the deal. For Logan, completing the work himself along with a qualified gasfitter became another key factor in the decision-making. The step-by-step installation guide that accompanied the fireplace meant an easy and straightforward process for the two to complete.
The fireplace also needed to be one that worked on the wall where he already had installed his television. The Linear 800 enables the use of a TV above it, when placed within certain clearances.
