2205 duplex stainless steel with a PREN value of 35. This is Ferritic-Austenitic steel combines high strength, and excellent corrosion and pitting resistance. The marine grade steel also gives a low thermal expansion and high chloride resistance.

2205 duplex stainless steel has approximately twice the strength of standard 304 and 316 stainless making it well equipped to deal with system pressure.
