To be entered in the draw to win back the cost of your new Heat Pump up to the value of $3,500 for a Q Series Hi-Wall System & $6,000 for a Rinnai Ducted System you must:
- Purchase a new Rinnai Q Series Heat Pump or Ducted System from an authorised Rinnai Dealer between May 1st and July 31st 2020.
- Complete the online entry form www.rinnai.co.nz/heatpumps

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
- By participating in this promotion you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions
- The promotional period is from (that is, the new Rinnai Heat Pump must be purchased between) 1st May 2020 and 31st July 2020.
- Entry forms, along with a copy of your proof of purchase can only be received by Rinnai New Zealand Ltd (“Rinnai”) by way of the Rinnai website www.rinnai.co.nz/heatpumps throughout the period of the promotion.
- There will be three (3) monthly draws and they will occur on the 5th of the month following purchase and receipt of your entry. (5th July / 5th August / 5th September). The last date for entries to be received by Rinnai NZ is 11.59pm on 4th September 2020.
- The winners of each monthly draw will win back the cost of their new heat pump – up to the value of $3,500 for a Q Series Hi-Wall System & $6,000 for a Rinnai Ducted System. Prizes will be in the form of a Direct Credit to the winner's Nominated Bank Account. We will contact the winner once the prize is drawn to obtain Bank Account details. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct Bank Account details. Rinnai NZ accepts no responsibility for a lost payment if incorrect Bank Account Details have been provided.
- All purchasers of a new Rinnai Heat Pump inclusive of install in a residential premises are eligible to enter, and all entries will be included each month from the time that the entry is received.
- To be entered in the draw, individuals must have purchased and had installed a new Rinnai Heat Pump from any participating authorised outlet within New Zealand during the promotional period (June – August 2020). No Heat Pump purchased on lay-by or on hold will be eligible. The Heat Pump must be paid for in full or on terms with an approved finance company to qualify for the promotional offer. Receipts of deposit payments will not be valid.
- If the Heat Pump purchased is returned for a refund or replaced with a Heat Pump which is not eligible for this promotion during the promotion, the entry is void.
- You can submit one entry form per Rinnai Heat Pump purchased and installed into a residential premises. However, you may win only once.
- All details on the entry form must be complete and valid and must be clear and readable to the Promoter or the entry will be deemed void.
- Payment of the prizes will be processed within 4 weeks from the time the winner is able to be contacted.
- Rinnai NZ reserves the right to extend, alter or conclude this Promotion at any time should circumstances dictate. If any participant is found to be abusing this promotion, Rinnai NZ has the right to terminate their redemption rights immediately. Should any disputes arise, the decision of Rinnai NZ is final.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Rinnai NZ (including its employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize redemption that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (e) use of a gift.
- Winner notification: The winner will be contacted by phone. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of all entries (including checking if goods have been returned to the participating Authorised Dealer) and to disqualify any person who submits an entry that does not meet the terms and conditions or returns a product to the retailer.
- Employees and directors of the Promoter, the Promoter’s related companies or any agencies and/or dealers involved in this Promotion, and the immediate families of each of those persons are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- A proof of purchase must be provided upon request to be eligible for the prize. Failure to do so will result in the entry being deemed as void.
