Rinnai New Zealand Update:
After receiving guidance from the Ministry of Business, we are operating as a supplier of products for essential services work within the Building and Construction sector. We are organised to continue to supply products as required for the maintenance and replacement of hot water and essential heating to the home.
Our office staff are working from home and our manufacturing division is being shut down through the level 4 period.
Our accounts team, customer services and dispatch functions will remain operating at a lower level to process any orders we receive under the essential services operations.
How we will function during the level 4 period:
Please rest assure that Rinnai will continue to supply products as required for the maintaining and replacing essential hot water and heating to New Zealand homes.

We are monitoring & following the instructions given by our Government, if there are any changes with our operation, we'll be sure to update you.
