Rinnai NZ is a provider of fast and reliable heating solutions, for Kiwi homes.  We are the leading distributor of continuous water heaters in NZ, supplying above 70% of the market and manufacturing of beautiful design and top rating efficient heating, Kiwi Made, gas fires. 


With our current Customer Service Manager moving to focus solely on our after-sales service solution, we are looking for the next face of our customer service team, who has a passion for communication and connecting people with information!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated self-starter who enjoys being busy, solving problems and motivating a great team of high performers, young-at-heart, team of six.  However, with demand being very seasonal, winter is coming, being able to keep calm and carry on, is a critical aspect of this role.

We require a competent person able to deliver expected results in these key areas:

    • Responsible for the planning, operation and strategic direction of the customer services department.
    • Responsible for the effective management of the customer services department
    • Deal with customer complaints or enquires that are required to be escalated
    • Management of all CSO staff directing or coordinating to ensure the provision of professional, friendly and quality service.
    • To develop and manage staff performance with regular 1:1 feedback
  • Provide a positive and supportive management style to foster staff morale, attitude and maintain team spirit
